The mission of my life coaching practice is to empower all individuals to cultivate connections. I specialize in working directly with individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, as well as their families. I believe that every person deserves an opportunity to find meaningful connections in their lives, whether through friendships, romantic relationships, job opportunities and beyond. My goal is to create a partnership with my clients and their families to help support development of the skills necessary to establish and maintain these connections in all aspects of their lives. As a licensed special education teacher, as well as a family member of an individual with intellectual disabilities, I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and compassion to my work and look forward to sharing those with you.
